Valentines Day word fun! Second graders practiced writing words with vowel teams using shaving cream today! The multi-sensory fun helps the learning stick as we ‘train our brains’ to recognize and use these word patterns!!

Congratulations to Karen Romero!
We are incredibly proud to share that Karen Romero placed 2nd in the Spanish Creed Speaking competition at the Area VIII LDE Contest on Friday! This impressive achievement has earned her a spot to compete at the State LDE Contest at Sam Houston State University in December!
Karen, your hard work, dedication, and passion have truly paid off, and we can't wait to see what all you achieve at the state level. Best of luck as you represent Rice FFA at the state contest!

Twenty -eight seniors and juniors attend TSTC's Discovery Day in Waco. Students were able to tour the campus and hear instructors describe their programs. It was a great day of education and fun. Thank you Mrs. Priddy for coordinating this trip.
